Things were ok today.  I got inspired so I did a few pages in an art journal.  Just started them, they are works in progress, but it was so good to do a little creative activity.   I will post pictures a little later.   Just some preliminary sketches.   I walked a little today also.  Emma, my bichon, when with me.  She wasn't feeling too well today, as she got in the trash last night, but she walked the whole way.  She is laying on the floor on tuckered out.

Still contemplating all the lay offs last week.  It was just handled so poorly.    They called each person in a room, one at a time, allowed them to pack up their stuff and then walked them out.   It was so humiliating for the people.  They were not given any reason regarding how or why they were selected.  I talked to one of my friends who got terminated and have sent her info on to a couple of recruiters I know.  It isn't much but I just wanted to try to help a little.

My son's band finished recording 3 or 4 songs yesterday.  They sound so great.  I have been listening to them practice every Saturday in my basement for the last 9 months.  I liked how they sounded in the basement, filtered by the ceiling and the basement door.  I had no idea how good they really were!  LOL.
