30 Day challenge

I just got done watching Matt Cutts' TED video and reading his blog about 30 day challenges. It was sooo inspiring.   These will be things or experiences I want to add to my life. I think it sounds interesting so I am going to Try it..  Here are some things I am considering.. some of them taken directly from Matt's list


Exercise at least 20 minutes a day
Drink 64 oz of liquid each day
Get my finances in order
Complete some kind of metal work
Spend 20 min. cleaning out an area of the house
Read 10 books
Meditate

Take a picture
Write a blog entry
Study with Tibetan Monks and learn peace
See Europe
Write a novel
Learn a new word
Put things away or clean up after myself  - This could be a challenge for sure
Spend 20 minutes on yardwork

  • watch no more than 30 min of tv

  • skydiving

  • Stop picking at my nails.

  • eat only organic foods

  • Make no plastic waste
Now just to choose what will be my first.  Since I am starting mid month this time, it will not be a full 30 days.   Right now I am drawn to the 20 minute cleaning out and exercise.  going to have to mull it over.  The other part of the challenge is to record my results here.
