Moira had a great idea to buy no more craft or art supplies for 30 days and focus some attention on using up what you have. This is a great opportunity for me to get my stuff in order and refocus on some drawing etc. I am also not going to buy any more metalsmithing tools or any supplies that are not directly related to my class. And yes, that includes BOOKS!! Since Moira will be taking a look at our blog posts... NOW I also need to do a better job of posting pics.
Continued to work on finances. I got all of the documentation requested by my FSA administrator and faxed it to them. This is the first year I have used the card they issue for the FSA account.... What a hassle. You still have to submit the documentation.. so it is just as well for me to just file a claim each time. Got my life insurance interview done..so all arrangements for me to transition to my new job and client. I spent NO money today!!
I worked on some metal pieces tonite. I made some progress on the copper bracelet and am now to the point on the bookmark that all I need to do is file. It is looking good. I cannot wait for class this week. We will be starting on soldering and making rings.
