Finances. Today I had an epiphany... that if i sell my house, I could just rent a place. This would give me the flexibility to work where I wanted. Really the only advantage to owning is the mortgage interest tax deduction. So this allows me to look at selling my house for what I owe rather than what I paid. I'll need to calculate the end cost.. Higher income tax owed vs a potentially lower monthly payment, utilities, investment in the house repairs, etc.

I worked again in my craft room for 20 more minutes and I can see a little progress.
Tonite I am going to sub for card club. Definitely looking forward to it.
