Challenges - Day 3

 Finally took a picture of the bracelet and earrings I made in my jewelry class 
I know I am not the greatest photographer, I had so much fun creating them. 




Ok here are my challenge results for today. 

Get your finances in order

Today I called the insurance company about my claim so I could pay for the clean up and the carpet.  I called both the carpet company  and the cleaner and let them know the status.   I spent $10 on dinner for  Em, $ 2 on coffee and $1.40 on pop.. so, more than yesterday.    I called my financial advisor to ck. on a savings vehicle I can use until I am eligible to contribute to my 401k again.

As for my "no buy month" challenge
...I did not buy anything crafty or artsy today... although I was tempted to make a quick stop at Michael's... I mean after all, it IS ALMOST right on my way home.   Good for me!!!!!!!

Yesterday another storm blew through and knocked down another huge branch.  We worked on getting it cut, but of course the brand new chain saw... IS NOT WORKING.   Can you say- handsaw??!!!
